Do we have an agenda?

Suggestions:

for 2009
  • postmortem techniques -- what information do we need?
  • postmortem survey questions/timeline?
  • Team reports: Which teams, when, how, what?
General
  • Purpose of Wikimania in the coming years? Main goals?
    • will it be a community event or outreach (focus on newbees, insiders or outsiders (journalists, teachers, business people with a wiki, technicians, Open Source people etc))?
  • is there a process by which we might submit broader suggestions? (for e.g. whether wikimania should he held annually of biennially; whether we want to consider going before or after related events such as Icommons)
and for 2010
  • criteria for bids -- use prior year criteria, need to be adapted/updated?
  • jury/bid process?
  • jury/bid timeline?
  • makeup of jury, how to choose jurors
